I entered the wrong license plate — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at info@vinyetci.com or via WhatsApp. Always double-check your plate before paying — vignettes with incorrect plates may be invalid. Correction depends on each country's system, but we will do everything we can to help as quickly as possible. Tip for German plates: enter the plate exactly as printed — use a hyphen between the city code and letters (e.g. M-AB 1234). Do not include the EU oval or country symbol on the left.
