1. Who We Are
Vinyetci is a trading name of Gamers Royale, Hudsonlaan 742, 5623 NT Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KVK: 72543175). We are the data controller under the GDPR for all personal data collected through our website vinyetci.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to info@vinyetci.com.
2. Data We Collect
When you place an order, we collect: your licence plate and vehicle category (required for the government vignette registration); your first name, last name, email address, billing address, and phone number (for order confirmation, delivery, and invoicing); and payment information, which is processed exclusively by our payment provider Mollie B.V. β we never store your card details. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.
3. Why We Process Your Data
We process your personal data to: execute the agreement (purchasing the vignette on your behalf from the government); send you your order confirmation and proof of purchase by email; comply with Dutch tax and accounting obligations (7-year statutory retention period); and prevent fraud and misuse of our service.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only where necessary: your licence plate and vehicle category are passed to the official government vignette system of the relevant country as part of the registration. Payment processing is handled by Mollie B.V. (privacy policy: mollie.com/privacy). Delivery emails are sent via Resend Inc. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data for commercial purposes.
5. Retention Periods
Financial and order records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law. Your email address and other contact details are deleted no later than 12 months after your last order, unless there is an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation to retain them longer. You can request earlier deletion at any time via info@vinyetci.com.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access to your personal data; rectification of inaccurate data; erasure ('right to be forgotten'); restriction of processing; data portability; and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vinyetci.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only functional cookies strictly necessary for the service to operate. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All connections are secured with SSL encryption.
